Weeklong Challenge Kickoff
Your dedication to dental hygiene, your fellow hygienists and patients will give you so much back in return. Share your advice for future dental hygiene students. What does the next generation of RDH students need to know? Create a post or story about what you know now that you wish you’d known when you entered your program– or what you want the world to know about what’s next in dental hygiene!
How to win:
- Create a video (under a minute please) that shows your advice in action! OR create a poster with your advice written on it and post a pic of you holding it!
- Share it on social and tag @youradha
- ADHA is collecting submissions all week and reposting on our story. The first 100 students to participate win a $5 Amazon gift card and three extra lucky participants will get a $100 Amazon gift card!
TUESDAY
Get Smart with the ADHA President
Get even smarter with ADHA President Becky Smith, CRDH, EdD, FADHA! She’ll be posting NBDHE board prep questions to ADHA’s story throughout the day. Can you get 100% right? Have fun while prepping for your boards.
President Smith is giving away three $50 gift cards to the ADHA store where you can get swag to show off your ADHA pride! Winners will be chosen at random from students who participate in the day’s quiz.

Student Proud Playlist
What song helps get you going, gets you to class on time and gets you excited for your future?
