Jim has been a leader in the dental finance industry for more than 15 years. He leads a team of finance professionals across the U.S. who facilitate various practice finance solutions to help clients start and grow their practices. Prior to joining Henry Schein Jim spent 8 years at TD Bank, first as a Market Manager responsible for assisting in the development and growth of their Healthcare Practice Finance division. He also held positions at TD within Small Business Lending Product as well as Pricing & Profitability. Jim also worked in similar roles within the healthcare practice finance divisions at Citibank and GE Capital. Jim lives in Boston with his wife Alicia and two young children, James and Sloane.

Nancy Johnson, RDH has decades of experience as a dental hygienist. Nancy began her journey as a financial professional while practicing dental hygiene. Nancy continues to practice in both professions. Nancy has led numerous Financial Wellness Workshops for dental offices, dental hygiene schools, various businesses and organizations. Nancy has been honored to present nationally at the ADHA conference in Phoenix 2021 and Louisville in 2022, sharing the fundamentals of financial wellness, in order to make a positive impact in the life of her fellow dental professionals.
