| ADHA Announces Partnership with Sunstar Americas Inc.
to Support Student Efforts
Chicago, December 15, 2008—The American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) has partnered with Sunstar Americas in a multi-year sponsorship of ADHA’s student member outreach efforts. The partnership will greatly improve the student’s experience as ADHA student members and provide them with more ADHA resources and access to quality Sunstar products and educational materials.
ADHA and Sunstar know the importance of supporting students through their studies because they represent the future of the dental hygiene profession. Each academic year the students will receive insightful professional information as well as products and tools that will complement their budding dental hygiene careers.
“ADHA is thrilled at the opportunity to work with Sunstar on our continued student outreach efforts,” said Diann Bomkamp, RDH, BSDH, ADHA President. “We are confident that this collaboration will bring student dental hygienists a greater variety of resources which will help guide them through the early stages of their careers.”
“Supporting students and the profession in general is an important part of Sunstar’s mission,” said Ann Foppe, Professional Marketing Director at Sunstar. Sunstar has always been, and will continue to be, a friend of dental professionals. This program is the perfect way to expand our commitment to the profession and reach the next generation.”
