The purpose of the ADHA Institute for Oral Health is just like that of a dental hygienist: to help people. It provides financial assistance to students wanting to enter or advance within the profession, to community service projects initiated by hygienists such as school sealant programs, and to research that impacts both the practitioner and the client.
