No position will
be perfect in every aspect, and sometimes we find ourselves having to
“settle” due to circumstances beyond our control. Keep in mind that
every position has the potential to be a learning opportunity.
You may learn
something about oral health care, patients, or yourself. And if you
find you have to leave an office because of less than ideal working
conditions, and you conduct yourself in a mature, professional manner,
you will forever after have a positive employment reference on your
resume.
