Attendee Badges/Tickets
If you registered before May 20, your should have received your registration packet by mail.
If you did not receive your registration materials by mail, please go to registration onsite to have your registration badge/tickets printed.
If you registered after May 20, please go to registration to pick up your badge/tickets.
Tote Bag/Badge Lanyard Pickup
All registered attendees will receive a Tote Bag ticket within your registration packet. Bring this to the Tote Bag Counter, adjacent to the registration area to redeem your tote bag/badge lanyard. Note, 1 ticket per each registered attendee.

ADHA/Henry Schein Dream Center Registration
Time slots still available for the ADHA/Henry Schein Dream Center on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18. Check available times / register at the Center beginning Friday, June 17 at 9:00am.
Guest Badges
An attendee that has paid the full main base registration fee has the option to register one Non-RDH/Student guest who may attend social functions and not pay the registration fee. Guests with the appropriate name badge may attend the Poster Sessions/Table Clinic Presentations, Marketplace, EXHIBITS XXX, IOH Benefit/President’s Reception and all House of Delegates Functions.
Cancellation/Refund Request Policy:
Notification of registration / continuing education course cancellation for CLL at the Annual Session must be submitting writing to ADHA via email, mail or fax. Fees will be fully refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, May 6, 2011. After Friday, May 6, 2011, all refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case. After Friday, May 6, 2011 should you wish to switch a course, no refund will be provided for the cost difference should you select to switch to a course at a lower price point. All refund requests will be reviewed post the 2011 CLL/AS event. Please allow 6-8 weeks after June 21, 2011 for processing/notification of refund.
