Community Service Day Project Overview:
ADHA is partnering with Remington College Dental Hygiene clinic to host School age children (between the ages of 4 – 18) from local Nashville area summer camps / day care where the children will receive dental hygiene education as well as create a take home safety kit that includes: height/weight, tooth imprint, and photo for their parents to keep on file for them.

Preliminary Schedule Overview:

• Up to 24 children from one organization can be present at one time
• Each organization will arrive at the Remington College Dental Hygiene Clinic where they will go through 7 stations which include:
• Station #1 - Dental Hygiene Education / Safety Kits to be distributed
• Station #2 - Digital Photo - Child will have photo take to be placed on the ID card
• Station #3 - Finger Printing – Child will have finger print taken to be placed on ID card
• Station #4 - Tooth Print – Child will have a thermal plastic print of their mouth made
• Station #5 - Height/Weight – Child will have their height/weight taken to be placed on the ID card
• Station #6 - ID Kit Assembled – Child will pickup their photo and complete their own personalized ID card
• Station #7 - Goody Bags – Child will pickup their goody bag with all dental hygiene product donations to take home with them

Volunteer Information:

• 40 volunteers are needed for this project
• Separate Registration is Required

• Early May notifications of  volunteer assignments will be sent out
