Access/download CE Session handouts (Available in May 2010)

CE Evaluation/CE Certificates:
After attending your CE Session, you will be provided with a Survey Access Code (password) at the end of your session to access the post course survey and obtain your CE Certificate. You can print your CE Certificate onsite at the DENTSPLY Professional Internet & CE Print Station!
Follow these quick steps to access your CE Certificate:

Step 1 – Receive Survey Access Code at End of Session
Step 2 – Logon to adha.org/annualsession – CE Downloads
Step 3 – Select Course, Enter in Access Code
Step 4 – Complete Course Survey via Survey Monkey
Step 5 – At end of Survey, the CE Verification Code will appear. Write this code down 
Step 6 – Enter the certificate code when prompted for the CE certificate password

*Attendees will also be able to select the link to the CE certificate at a later time, after you receive the verification code post the course survey.
